Hand-cutting and polishing may leave tiny dents, chips, or scratches—but these quirks don’t dim their magic! In fact, many believe imperfections add to a crystal’s energy and story. We invite you to welcome your new crystal companion exactly as it is, flaws and all.
At Nakiki Crystals, we carefully hand-select and showcase each crystal with detailed photos and videos so you can fall in love before you buy. We want you to love your crystal! However, if you’re not completely happy, you have 10 days after delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:

Item must be in the same condition you received it (original packaging appreciated).

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, email us at info@nakikicrystals.com with your full name and order number. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Shipping Mishaps? We’ve Got You!
While we pack every order with love (and lots of cushioning!), if your crystal arrives damaged, just snap a photo (for insurance purposes) and email us at info@nakikicrystals.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right!

If a replacement is available (same crystal), we’ll send it right away at no extra charge to you.

If the crystal was a one-of-a-kind piece and a replacement isn’t possible, we’ll offer a full refund instead.
