How do I know which crystal is right for me?

Trust your intuition! If a crystal catches your eye or "calls" to you, that’s often your inner guidance at work. You can also choose based on intention, for example, black tourmaline for protection, rose quartz for love.

Are your crystals cleansed before shipping?

Yes! Every crystal is carefully cleared with palo santo before packing to ensure it arrives with pure, balanced energy. You may wish to personalize its energy with your own cleansing ritual when it arrives.

Why does my crystal have cracks and/or inclusions?

These "flaws" are nature’s fingerprints! Crystals form under pressure, so markings tell their story. Many believe imperfections enhance their energy—like scars that hold wisdom.

Can I wear my crystal in water/shower?

Some can (quartz, agate), but porous stones (selenite, pyrite) may degrade.

How often should I cleanse my crystals?

Trust your gut! If they feel "heavy" or you’ve used them for intense work, cleanse weekly. Otherwise, monthly or during full moons is a lovely ritual.

Can crystals expire or lose their power?

No, their energy is eternal! But they may absorb negativity over time, so regular cleansing keeps them vibrant. Think of them like spiritual sponges needing a rinse.

Why did my crystal break?

Some believe cracks mean it’s absorbed all it can for you (a sacrifice!). Thank it, then bury or return it to nature. Or, repurpose pieces into a mosaic or altar decor!

Can I sleep with my crystal?

Many do! Amethyst promotes calm dreams, while hematite grounds. Avoid overly stimulating stones (e.g.; citrine) if you’re sensitive

How do I program my crystal with intention?

Hold it, breathe deeply, and whisper or visualize your goal (e.g., "I attract abundance"). Some like to place them under their pillow or in a sacred space.

Orders & Shipping

How long does processing take before my order ships?

Orders are processed within 3–7 working days (excluding weekends/holidays). Jewellery pieces are handmade to order and may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once shipped!

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Hong Kong Customers:
Your order will be delivered by SF Express within 2-4 working days after processing.

International Customers:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. Most orders arrive within 7-14 working days after processing. Need it faster? Express shipping options may be available at checkout!

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout! Address changes must be requested before your order is dispatched.

  • For Hong Kong orders: Once shipped, SF Express may charge a redirection fee (beyond our control).
  • For international orders: If you need to update your address after dispatch, please contact us and your local carrier immediately - we'll do our best to assist, but cannot guarantee changes once the package is in transit.

Will I need to pay customs fees or import taxes on my order?

Yes, depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply to your order. These charges are determined by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility to pay upon delivery.

Can I return or exchange my crystal?

All sales are final—we don’t accept returns or exchanges. We showcase our crystals with detailed photos and videos so you can admire its unique energy before purchasing. Since many are intuitively selected, please review the descriptions carefully before purchasing.

What if my crystal arrives damaged?

We pack every order with care, but we understand accidents can happen. Here's what to do if your crystal are damaged during shipment:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 3 days of delivery) at info@nakikicrystals.com
  2. Include in your email:

  • Shipping insurance coverage (included on eligible orders)
  • Available replacement options

Most cases result in either:

I changed my mind—can I cancel my order?

My package says “delivered” but I can’t find it, what should I do?

First, check nearby areas like porches, lobbies, or with neighbors—sometimes packages are left in unexpected spots. We also recommend waiting 24 hours, as carriers occasionally mark deliveries early. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact your local post office with the tracking number for assistance. If the package remains missing after 48 hours, email us at info@nakikicrystals.com with your order number, tracking details, and where you’ve already looked. We’ll work with the carrier to help track it down!
